Detailed Customer Sales History
Windward System Five lets you add an unlimited number of comments for each customer, sorted by date entered. In addition, these comments can be set as appointments and tied to the appointment scheduler so that you will not miss any appointments. Each comment/appointment can include the date of entry, clerk number, appointment date, start time, end time, contact name, subject matter and up to 200 lines of detailed information.

Purchase Ordering
Suggested orders are calculated from the minimum and maximum stock levels, quantities in stock, back orders needing to be filled, and items already on order. If you are short, the system will let you tag and drag those items onto the PO without having to retype them. Similarly, if you have a special order for a customer simply “drag” it onto a purchase order
Barcoded Price Tag Printing
Speed up your checkout line and reduce costly errors by using a barcode scanner that plugs directly into your Windward powered POS system -- and it reduces the chance of human error.
We also support printing of barcode labels and designing your own barcode numbers if your inventory items are not already barcoded. And you can count your inventory using our wireless barcode scanner software, either in real time or batched using a barcode inventory data collector.
